Company ProfileA subsidiary of a Fortune Global 500 firm, this company is a leading real estate services provider in Europe. It has 3,500 employees and a global presence in 30 countries. SituationThe company acquired several subsidiaries, each one with its own real estate management system. This resulted in silos of real estate information across the corporate enterprise. ChallengeThe goal of this project was to consolidate and ultimately manage nearly 200,000 assets in a unique repository. Business users needed the ability to both update and validate real estate data and to track and control the complex life cycles of individual buildings, from initial construction through rental turnover.
